Pros

-Impactful work where you are helping children with disabilities -Great work experience for those with a background in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or those pursuing a career in ABA

Cons

-List pay ranges on job postings but don't negotiate pay if you have experience (false advertisement) -Training focuses on MN DHS videos rather than the 40-hour RBT videos that actually focus on Applied Behavior Analysis - Disorganized management; you will hear different things from different supervisors; Different BCBAs have different approaches with ABA so it's difficult when you have to float to different rooms (inconsistent information) -Some BCBAs are virtual which makes it difficult to conduct supervision as you will have to carry a laptop with you while supervising a client/child -Lack of parking at the Minneapolis, MN location; may be put on a waitlist for parking that may last over a year -When you ask questions to upper management, they will not respond to emails, you will have to send 3-5 emails to ACTUALLY get a response, or they will send you to someone else for the answer; eventually you are spending 4-6 days asking different people and still searching for the answer you are looking for. -PTO system sucks; not considerate of how many times employees get sick due to the clients being sick -Travel policy- management is not open about the pay differential that is required -Travel mileage reimbursement- company takes a long time to reimburse you for mileage pay but are quick to send you off to travel and work at a different location. All-in-all, by far the worst ABA clinic I've worked at!

Pros

Leadership cares about its employees and everyone cares about the clients. The company pays what they can based on markets and insurance payouts. But they care and will provide whatever services are needed on a case by case basis. As a professional, my clients are the “why” and the company reflects the values of many of the long timers.

Cons

Long wait list, not enough qualified providers when comparing to the demand. Not necessarily the fault of Fraser, but a clear indication of the need for qualified staff who want to do this amazing work.

Pros

Great support and on boarding process. Work from home option. PTO is easy to take and find coverage for.

Cons

Pay is good compared to similar roles, but needs to be more. Health insurance benefit is expensive.
