Great management and supportive work environment. Management encourages every employee to learn as much as they want/can. Made my job constantly educational. Management also really cared for employees. They were very quick to snuff out conflict

I wish I had opportunity to work overtime

Competitive pay and willing to negotiate on it.

Company is disorganized, leadership is either disinterested or overwhelmed, high rate of leaders voluntarily leaving the company. Nepotism. Some leadership enjoys talking negatively about employees on their team to others and seems to get entertainment out of pitting people against each other.
