Brand new office, amenities are amazing. Cafeteria, open work spaces, terraces over looking towards the city. Happy hours and team building events. Fun environment where cross functional teams are coming together and solving our biggest challenges. Great to see the momentum and future quickly unfolding and getting brighter. Talent in the org across departments give people early in their careers exposure to learn and best practices in merchandising, operations, supply chain , marketing. Opportunity to advance quickly if hard working and talented.

Will work hard, but work directly adds value.Employees will be given a lot of exposure and their work will carry a lot of influence. Need to make sure that is for you. If do not get involved and excited with solving problems, understand where you can add value and get engaged, will not be the place for you. Appears to be the case reading through negative reviews.
