Pros
It's really an outstanding business with solid execution on that business. Very interesting place to work, learn a lot about food and what's really good. Small corporate environment, most employees on a first name basis with Senior Management.
Cons
So much changes on a day-to-day basis because of things out of the company's control. So planned, forward movement seems to move at a snails pace, surprising that it doesn't seem to hinder the company's end product.
