Pros

• Great product • Met some incredible people • Dog-friendly, modern office

Cons

While the brand appears polished from the outside, it felt like the internal culture was defined by gossip, distrust and emotional volatility. It was a workplace where you weren't judged on your professional abilities, but on whether you could fit into the exclusive "mean girl" cliques created by management. I personally experienced direct management gossiping about me to my teammates, which felt like a complete betrayal of professional boundaries. I also experienced persistent mockery regarding my accent. In a global company, having my national identity used to isolate me and treated as a "performance issue" felt like a targeted attempt to undermine my professional standing. More concerningly, I witnessed a pattern of senior staff shouting at and belittling junior employees in front of others. Standard collaborative processes, like syncs or draft reviews, were twisted and reframed as "needing hand-holding" to justify failing a probation period. The turnover was ridiculously high and was often a running joke among team members. The "performance" reasons given for departures seemed to just be a smokescreen for personal vendettas and an inability to manage people with basic human respect. I constantly witnessed and was told about people being praised for their work only to be fired without warning or a formal improvement plan. If you value your mental wellbeing and professional integrity, stay away. This was a devastating experience driven by unregulated ego and "mean girl" office politics.

Pros

- You will meet the most amazing people. - Good exposure to international projects and systems

Cons

One thing to understand is that the biggest problems come from the CEO’s expectations: workload, tone, and communication all stem from that. Due to the culture that leadership openly encourages (which is reflected publicly in company posts), turnover is high and burnout is constant. In-office presence is enforced, but most of the work still happens over virtual meetings with teammates in other regions. Collaboration with the North America Account Management team can be challenging; they often act independently rather than as part of one team. Reaching out for help can turn into blame or escalation instead of cooperation. This seems to come from regional leadership that prefers to do things differently, even when global processes are clear and structured. Communication and organization could be improved to build more trust and consistency. Some people list the twice-weekly lunches as a “pro,” but it’s hard to see that as a real benefit when the company frequently highlights its profitability. Company-wide communication channels are often used for personal updates or posts unrelated to work, which can feel unprofessional or distracting. The culture is driven by fear, not trust. Leadership often appears unsupportive, approving ideas mainly to test or challenge employees instead of encouraging success. Many of the overly positive reviews seem to come from people who strongly align with leadership’s public image, rather than the day-to-day reality for most teams.
