To correct some of your perceptions, the employee assist program is available to every employee and made known via the employee handbook on commencement. Frontier Software complies with legislated leave entitlements in each country where we have operations. You don’t refer to the type of expenses you sought to claim, but legitimate expense reimbursement is made via payroll, subject to approvals, and reimbursed in full. Salaries are commensurate with experience, and we formally review remuneration of all employees annually, and sometimes more often if required.
