      Pros

      None, I wouldn't recommend to anyone. There are some good people there but all with a severe case of Stockholm syndrome.

      No training provided Out of touch management and antiquated practices No concept of continual improvement Resistant to change Lack of customer care No internal updates on new products and no documentation Takes forever to get any fixes to problems Sales have lack of knowledge on the basics of the product

      Pros

      Wine at Christmas, they pay you.

      Cons

      Management is awful, little to no regard about staff mental health, no formal training, treat staff like dogs if they question anything, kick off if you don’t have questions about anything, no consideration about cost of living as all managers live in well off expensive areas, paying back expenses to staff are horrendously cheap and you lose out financially, 5 days paid sick, toxic environment about people that have left the company and speaking down about people that aren’t in the office to defend themselves, other peoples private lives are discussed amongst everyone by the managers.

      We are sorry you didn’t find the management of your area to your liking. To correct some of your perceptions, the employee assist program is available to every employee and made known via the employee handbook on commencement. Frontier Software complies with legislated leave entitlements in each country where we have operations. You don’t refer to the type of expenses you sought to claim, but legitimate expense reimbursement is made via payroll, subject to approvals, and reimbursed in full. Salaries are commensurate with experience, and we formally review remuneration of all employees annually, and sometimes more often if required.

      It's paying at time of writing, no micro-managing, wine at Christmas

      5 days sick pay, minimum holiday pay, basic benefits, filthy & badly decorated office

      Thank you for the feedback. As the office has been closed for over six months due to the pandemic, the management team made the decision to reduce the normal cleaning arrangements. Obviously, prior to the office returning to full capacity, a deep clean will be performed and all appropriate measures will be taken to ensure that the office is both safe and a pleasant working environment.
