Pros
You get to meet tons of new people while working in the field. Decent hourly wage for merchandising, but they added tasks that are more in line with being a Market/Sales Manager at other companies including conducting formal trainings and running a table at events.
Cons
Inexperienced managers were hired without having the skills required to properly MANAGE employees, ie poor communication, lacking policies, etc. As others mentioned you are tracked and safety has nothing to do with it. God forbid you are located in regions with bad service, you may get fired when your micro-manager (who sits at home all day stalking you through the tracking app) cannot locate you. Poor benefits, no overtime, and constant personal spending that is EVENTUALLY reimbursed (hole punchers, cleaning supplies, etc).
