Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We respect that each employee’s experience is unique, and we appreciate you sharing your perspective.
While we are sorry to hear that your experience does not reflect what we strive to build at Fundraise Up, we also want to acknowledge the broader progress we’ve seen across the organization. Over the past year, our employee engagement scores have increased quarter over quarter, and we continue to see strong participation in our engagement surveys. That data helps guide how we improve the employee experience and where we focus our efforts as we grow.
Accountability across teams is a priority for us as we scale. Our goal is to ensure that every function — including sales, marketing, partnerships, product, and finance — is aligned in supporting our customers and nonprofit partners globally. As with any growing company, we are continually evolving how teams collaborate and how we support our go-to-market organization.
Work-life harmony is also extremely important to us. As a global organization, we operate in a results-oriented environment where managers have flexibility to structure schedules that support their teams while ensuring coverage during core business hours for our customers and partners around the world.
We’re also entering an exciting new chapter at Fundraise Up. We recently welcomed our new Chief Revenue Officer in March and are looking forward to our new Chief Product Officer joining in April. We’re energized about the future of the company and the continued opportunity to grow, innovate, and support the nonprofits we serve.
Thank you again for sharing your feedback. It looks like you’re a current employee — if you feel comfortable, we encourage you to share your thoughts directly with our PBP team, with me :), or through other engagement channels so we can address concerns in real time and continue improving the employee experience together.
Thank you,
