Pros
It is a Chinese company but tries hard to provide multinational working environment with decent pay and culture.
Cons
Not much cons that I had experienced. I heard people talking about some "aggressive culture" etc, but I personally had not experienced. After US put sanctions on Huawei, Futurewei suffers due to its relation with Huawei.
