Pros

- Hybrid work schedule – note that you may be asked to be in the office full time if you fail to meet KPIs. - Nice office/workspace - Snacks & Coffee

Cons

- Fails to provide coaching or proper training when needed. - If the CEO is not satisfied with employees, he does not address it or try to find solutions. He handles the situation by ignoring them completely & giving them the silent treatment which creates a hostile and isolating environment for them and often ends with employees quitting or burning out. - They promote the wrong people, prioritizing KPI's over actual managerial competency, resulting in employees being undertrained and poor or 0 conflict resolution. - If there's a conflict between employees or a complaint, they don't care. They will take the side of the person with the more seniority and whoever's bringing more money into the business. - There is no actual HR or People & Culture department. The ¨HR¨ department only deals with in-house recruiting and gets redirected to recruiting by the CEO whenever they try to venture into employee well-being initiatives because he deems them unimportant. So don't get fooled by all the culture talks they present during interviews or on the website as they are just for show. - High turn over & no job security. - They send out monthly newsletters about mental health but have nothing in place. Unethical business that doesn't care about their people, they will fire you days before Christmas or headhunt you and convince you to quit your job only to fire you 2 months later over absurd details. It's important to note that this is not a one-off situation but something widespread that happens to many employees. The whole culture or lack thereof is the problem and it starts with the CEO, who disregards the opinions of the people he employs, acts impulsively and lacks the human approach necessary for employee retention.

Pros

Great work environment, everyone working here is exceptional and professional, a breathe of fresh air when it comes to recruiting agencies in the US, this Canadian based company is changing the level of professionalism here in the states.

Cons

This company has high standards, it is not a con in my mind, it helps motivate and push you to be the best you can be. Sounds cliche but its true.
