      Good benefits I.e cheap phones at lower prices and decent wage

      Cons

      No training, blame and shame culture, hr seem to be there to take a wage when i was attended induction I was told to keep quiet about my wages as they were clearly higher then what was offered to the other staff to say to me thay don't respect the staff from other parts of the business

      You are fairly rewarded for the work put in and there is a strong work ethic from the top down.

      Positions are full on, there are no quiet days.
