In theory GE as an industrial leader could be a leader in the Industrial Internet due to deep knowledge and experience with industrial assets.
Cons
Too many to list - wrong strategy, poor execution, incompetent senior executives, toxic relationships with traditional GE industrial businesses, constrained by accountants with zip understanding of enterprise software sales, the list goes on and on!
