Pros

Great office space with all the nice perks (e.g., in-house barista, drinks, standing desks etc). Company is young and there is always an energy in the office. You can feel the impact that your work has for clients. Opportunity to work with great people in a fun culture.

Cons

No work-life balance. It varies from team to team, but for my team working late nights and weekends is common. Senior leadership only cares about profitability. Teams providing different types of services to clients will be reviewed with the same target ROI in mind even when it doesn't make sense and they are providing completely different services to clients. Constant change in the company with re-organizations and restructuring. Account alignments change every year, making everyone's jobs more difficult. Senior leadership doesn't get any feedback from the company in a systematic or organized way. At one point they announced that they would send quarterly surveys to the whole company to get feedback on an ongoing basis. They did it once and stopped. There is no systematic way to provide feedback as an employee unless you share your view with your manager and hope the message gets passed up the chain or you play the office politics game. The execs even tell you they ignore all the reviews on glassdoor cause they believe its just people complaining.

Pros

Amazing people - lots of reviews say that because it's true. You'll work with smart, genuine, hard working humans. Good benefits and perks. Interesting events and opportunities to learn. Overall, a good place to start your career!

Cons

Very fast-paced environment which definitely isn't for everyone. Lots of necessary change.

Pros

Good colleagues, arguably a good job post college (for like a year MAX)

Cons

I cannot stress enough how terrible this company is. Spent 5 years there, and watched it go further downhill every year. You leave with only soft skills (if that), and 0 actual industry knowledge. Seriously, you leave only knowing a bunch of Hocus Pocus. I am really surprised this company hasn't been bought yet. Or merged. On my team alone, we lost 7 out of our 9 managers since January... either due to layoffs or them quitting. Pay is low. There are no bonuses and it's very difficult to get a raise. 90k in NYC is poverty. There are bright people that come in with Masters, and PhDs, and MBAs -- handing them 90k is insulting.
