Pros
Good for young people and fresh graduates. People are nice there and easy going. a good experience for getting basic knowledge regarding financial institutions.
Cons
Won’t get deep Content knowledge, seems like a call center to outreach to people through phone calls, emails a lot of paperwork. The jobs needs a lot of soft skills but difficult to build up some hard skills. needs to deal with some very demanding clients
