      It may sound unrealistic but there are barely cons working at GLOBAL OPS. If there is something you may not be content with, the people around you will work with you to try and fix any issue that may arise along the way.

      Pros

      Extensive background of the founder where you can learn a lot of what you did not know about the security world. Amazing experience working here.

      Cons

      It is a lot of work to catch up with what is already there, and to then learn and grow further with the company.

      Pay is good fair for what you do if your ASA.

      Cons

      The firm seems to fear the liability of assertive, highly-trained agents more than they value the security such agents provide. You’re disposable despite being overqualified if the clients don’t “click” with you. I’m still waiting for global ops leadership to get back to me on why they let me go even though I’m overqualified for the position they gave me. There is honor in that.
