Pros

Working at GMR gives you access to big clients and interesting work. There’s so many talented people there. But that is changing fast

Cons

The past year and a half has been a radical shift in the creative culture. A new CXO (basically the CCO) has instilled a culture of fear. This man has a set of skills, but working with other human beings is not one of them. He enters almost every meeting with visible anger that puts everyone on edge. He thinks this is making the work better. In truth, it’s traumatizing his team. Rounds of layoffs are removing people he deems “unfit”. Middle leadership is unwilling or unable to reign in his rude, angry, unprofessional behavior.

Pros

It was a good seasonal opportunity working on the Amazon Program. Pay was decent until I got a promotion that only came with a $50 increase in weekly salary but a major increase in responsibility + poor leadership + HR telling me "you'll make money by saving your per diem".

Cons

Poor leadership. All Field Managers operate differently even though it's the same client (Amazon). The Account Supervisor also admitted that he "wasn't in the weeds" enough to understand my issue of 1) being understaffed on my team and 2) unrealistic expectations that I was supposed to be on-site 8pm-7am working AND by available during regular 9am-5pm business hours to answer questions, When I brought all these concerns to the Field Manager and Account Supervisor but were non-chalant and were unhelpful prompting me to resign within the 1st week. HR doesn't seem to care either because they don't do any type of exit interviews.
