Pros

I have checked other companies and this one pays better for management and supervision then other cleaning companies. GRBS also offers training and gives bonuses and recognition. We just had a great banquet where people were recognized and given door prizes that was really nice. There are always opportunities for advancement.

Cons

Some of the managers at GRBS want to complain and bring the team down, especially on this website. I hope they leave because they are usually the problem. Some customers also do not understand how hard it is to keep attendance up and accounts staffed in this tough labor market. So I hope at least people will consider how much this company tries to focus on the positive and new ways to keep people happy, and while you can't always make everyone happy, this company tries to keep a balance.
