      Deadlines are reasonable, good colleagues, hybrid work schedule

      Cons

      Cafeteria is meh. Upper Providence is a little far from Philadelphia so commute is a bit annoying if you don't live near the site.

      Lots of Reorganizations. Constant changing to Ways of Working. Tough to build consistent accelerated projects with continual change in management and software implementations.
