Home/office days arrangement is a fair ask (2-3 days in office) but not enforced consistently due to huge biases such as children and seniority. Senior people have changed to home contracts to avoid this very easily and this should be noted as unfair.
Benefits are under market vs other Pharma. The company feels rather bloated in terms of management layers, people in role for too long, and roles that are not aligned to company goals.
