      Pros

      Patient focused; research centric; finding good drugs to make people feel better and live longer. Seems to have ridden recent storms around compliance, key drugs going off patent, and sharp practices reasonably well

      Cons

      Downward pressure on costs in support services such as IT is relentless. Now seems to be all about money and quality, customer service etc takes second place. That said, maybe it's the right strategy. Time will tell

      Can't emphasize enough how approachable, non-judgmental, and supportive the team is, both managers and colleagues. Everyone genuinely cares about your holistic professional development and growth.

      This may seem unrealistic, but I genuinely did not have a single negative experience during my time here.
