Pros
Very inclusive environment, great people working there. Plenty of opportunities to develop other skills through training, seminars, etc. On-site sports centre, decent breakfast and lunch available in the cantine. Shuttle bus betwen Stevenage train station at GSK makes commute a bit less painful.
Cons
Sometimes I struggle to tell who I actually report to, as my manager is in another department and works on the project from completely different angle. Also, fixing certain things takes a lot of time.
