      Plenty to learn from process and technical prospective. There is a degree of flexibility if you wants to move around within the organisation. Great work life balance.!

      Cons

      Highly specialised departments, and as ka said not to grow which means no career ledder unless you are the chosen one or in grad scheme.!

      Can't emphasize enough how approachable, non-judgmental, and supportive the team is, both managers and colleagues. Everyone genuinely cares about your holistic professional development and growth.
