      Good work environment, good experience - can learn a lot, plenty of change, good work life balance, constantly challenging environment as GSK look to update and modernise processes and systems, busy work environment. People/staff are treated with respect. GSK also has a positive outlook with regards to new product development.

      Cons

      Not many, a lot of training must be completed before gaining access to systems.

      Can't emphasize enough how approachable, non-judgmental, and supportive the team is, both managers and colleagues. Everyone genuinely cares about your holistic professional development and growth.

      This may seem unrealistic, but I genuinely did not have a single negative experience during my time here.
