Management got paid for making a "difficult" "business" decision whether to hire a sexual predator at director level of value stream, among similar decisions like whether to promote to supervisor a user who snaps at auditor and asks unsuspecting female employee for a kiss. Safe to say any male who works here has no respect for the female professional nor their own mothers, daughters, etc. And any female who works here has no respect for themselves. The management pay more attention to glassdoor reviews (per indirect/spineless words of HR) than what you report to them personally through their channels of communication so here's a little incentive for the company representatives to do what is right, not because it is the right thing to do (bc they have skipped on this each and every time they've had) but because its what the business requires to succeed. Reported three (of 5) sexual harassers to corporate in a year of working with the company at the Rockville biopharmaceutical site. Keep in mind this is in addition to the very popular and very much grounds for dismissal elevator eyes which is also sexual harassment. One is recently promoted even with little to no successes in new value stream for which they are responsible in managing, turnover of project AND *permanent* staff, there is no knowledge sharing of capital project site wide to employees (I was hired to support this area and knew nothing about the project's progress other than comments from a coworker that they had heard from someone else that the project was a mess) which is what a sexual harrasser does when they know everyone (on site and in state) knows about their tendencies and past offenses so they dont share lessons learned from cap project so the business feels that they have no other choice but to stick with them (however, even this is a poor excuse of the company as we are not flying a rocket into space and you CAN find a qualified person to manage the manufacturing of pharmaceutical products in the USA labor market). Second was (not coincidently) this former person's report who randomly came up to me while I sat down going through batch records and started to curse at me. An old man with the mentality of a little boy with poor communication skills with female professionals ("are you a bser, why are you bsing", but actually using the word etc) for a whole 3-5 minutes straight, and was someone I observed was abnormally close to younger female employees onsite on different occasions, and was seen and pointed out by his manufacturing associates walking out of meetings held online in the middle of the meeting because he was the not so serious not ready to work in a professional manner and should not be supervising anyone. The third person asked to kiss me after a hike he invited me to while in the open office area at work, as in without discretion to our other coworkers, and without making his intentions clear at that instance. I assumed if you are NOT using discretion when you are wanting to date a female STAFF employee as a person in a SUPERVISING role and are asking them in the open office area on a hike, then you actually want to go on a hike because that's what normal people do. Normal grown people with romantic interest in a coworker use discretion and communicate their intentions. This little boy playing supervising position was also allowed and encouraged by management to advance in his pseudo-role by approving financial sponsorship of his university studies and allowing him to interact with FDA auditors who he snapped at in trying to respond to an auditor’s question. So it’s clear to everyone on the outside that he has issues working under pressure because he snapped at an auditor but gets rewarded. Whats not so clear to everyone is that his head is fried and the company should do more frequent random drug tests so normal employees don’t have to work with grown little boys like these. As I let the company representatives know, the only services I was offering the company and its representatives is what was in the job description and my resume. Meanwhile I ask for the information repeatedly throughout my year working there on getting reimbursement for a certificate the manager and supervisor both approved of and was never given a form or link to get reimbursed for a professional certification which was a part of my performance plan. The fourth and fifth sexual harassers were at staff level in two different departments: one asked me to grab coffee on skype and then suggested “we’d go up to his apartment complex to drink coffee because he didn’t want people to see us having coffee”, this was not even in person I was working late at home and logged on my work computer when the very ill individual asked why I was online and then started to harass me as stated previously all in a work platform!; the second was within my first or two months of employment at a work happy hour he was talking about his friends bad and unhappy marriage after receiving a call from his friend and then tells me that “he could make me happy”. My former supervisor and manager for the very SMALL (and getting smaller) department for deviations should be removed for their committed aggressions, lack of professionalism and their lack of will to even pretend to be professional (even this proves difficult for these two -one is a complexed unskilled sociopath, and the other an arrogant, complexed unskilled hag AND sociopath, respectively). They are sociopathic because they are antisocial, deceiving, overstep social boundaries, irresponsible, and aggressive, etc. One doesn't know the relationship between pressure and temperature but wants to be in a technical role, and when I asked about an equipment says over an over again how "interesting" the equipment is; the other one goes on rants using buzzwords but never says a thing with substance or answers your questions. And this is all reflected by the turn over and inefficiency of the group APART from the fact there is minimal improvements in the manufactureing process stemming from this department. Additionally both of these people are the most discriminatory and arrogant people I’ve ever worked with and they are black and white. GSK should eliminate one of these roles as they are not necessary and they should do the same throughout other groups where you have "supervisors" and "managers" who do not lead in their areas/business process, who do not produce anything for the “business”. If you are Hispanic you should not work here because if you are looking for dignified work to do there is none here and this site deserves o have the mediocrity they have. If you don’t play or act the part these people want and perceived Hispanics to be of submissive and (NOT HUMBLE and NOT MODEST (like my company assigned “mentor” said I needed to be for him)) but rather low ranking as they see us or less intelligent, then they will continue to be aggressive miserable people because these people are frustrated with their inability to make something better of themselves while being in the position to do so in an honest way. If you are not black or white and from Maryland, or of another identity group who has self respect, then do yourself a favor and don’t work here. Make no mistake this is a family run business environment and you will regret it. Thankfully I went through all of this partially during the pandemic so it was all ready a pretty bad year all around. However the fact that I experienced all of this before and DURING the pandemic speaks volumes to how disgusting the current GSK employees are at this site and at the leadership level since I notified them of everything too including the CEO and the people reporting to her. Certainly the worst company I have ever worked for and probably will be the worst throughout my whole career. This is the bottom of the bottom. And while their at it they are at it they should give Samsung all the business because that less risky than depending on this site. There is also an issue with etiquette at work. Its like people there do not understand the industry they work for and they say things that should not be said and act according to those things (and this goes beyond common sense like respect for coworkers). Since integrity and self accountability is nonexistent in this site I suggest similar to how amazon works, you all send three additional people to each meeting you have to pretend they are FDA, patient, and shareholder sitting at each meeting you hold because the things that I have heard in the meetings about disguising, omitting, changing information are unacceptable in my book. This was evident in deviations where the scope of the deviations change towards closure in contrast to initial assessments. Im glad to no longer have to report these irregularities to HR, supervisors, manager, Quality (AND be GASLIGHTED) because I will no longer work here. Also the unprofessional and uneducated employees here claim that they behave, do and say the things they do because they "are bringing their authentic self to work" since one of GSK's messages is to "be you". Well, Im sorry I thought we were supposed to bring our best self to work and operate in compliance to norms and LAWS of the USA. They claim they are a modern employer but I always felt like I was working for an archaic company in a developing country where employee rights are violated more frequently and without consequence to those who commit the offenses. Lets start with supervisors and managers who can literally be heard in the open office areas giving bad references of previous employees when called by prospective employers (outside of GSK). Its called defamation and its illegal. And what kind of manager/ supervisor has time to go into a conversation about a previous employee that extends beyond confirming the title and length of employment at GSK? That's right! the type who has a pseudo role and needs to get going it get assigned some real work. They also promoted some real bad apples recently (with HR and apparently director approval as well) in a value stream that literally is at a halt. They are not making any product so why are you hiring or promoting within this value stream?! You should be firing the useless manager and supervisors you have who are as horrible as they come and I’m glad to speak for all the operators in that area that get fired/abused as temporary contractors and permanent staff, go home crying, and have a bad first impression that this what the pharma industry is like. It’s not and you should leave these miserable people and an apathetic and notified upper management and CEO. Finance/accounting should do an appropriate comparitive analysis and look into labor costs in the value stream and see if they are bringing in any profits from the time these supervisors and manager were hired/promoted, turnover, quality issues, deviations. I'm sure you'll fine a loss because they were not making any product when the hiring and promotion occurred. It’s not the first time I find financial irregularities in a large company. And someone in that management has been found to be part of irregularities with GMPs in another large company in the area. There is also a violation of employee rights to privacy because when people like myself signed up to work with the company, GSK did not reveal that they require or expected employees to disclose their ideologies and provocative information was sent site wide to employees suggesting political action on defunding the police from employees, and the act of disseminating that material site wide as a ways to mislead people to think the way you think because you cant handle working in a diverse and inclusive work environment is the most unprofessional behavior I have seen and is not something I or any other employee consented to as part of the employee contract. The highly polarized environment permitted by GSK representatives for many months made for an unsafe work environment where at any time any one of these polarized groups of employees could have acted out in the worst of ways for example an active shooter and that’s a reality not an exaggeration. These things were excused with the people just being themselves at work. To top it off it was sent in addition to the main message of the email messages which shows how repeatedly impulsive the individuals were in a desperate attempt to be trendy. And that’s all it was a trend. These people are all about talking the talk (about anything trendy but the pharma industry) and when the time comes they don’t walk the walk. They never show up to lunch time held committee with employee identity groups onsite. So everyone on site knows that you know you are hypocrites. These hypocrites even share information on how to be professional to actually professional employees but themselves have history of being in a relationship with an employee at work (just so happens to be one of the harrasers) as if that is professional. Should take a professional 101 course. Additionally my car was keyed by someone and the only place who did not provide video footage to see who had scratched my car door and drawn Xs as well while parked, was GSK. My neighbor and grocery store which were the only places my car where at the time thankfully had footage showing no activity in those respective areas so that’s how I knew my life was in danger. And guess what? Notified security and director and facilities and none of them cared to find out who did this and add more security measures for employees safety. In fact there is history of vandalism on site per emails and when I asked then (months before my car got keyed about increasing security, cameras etc they said that’s not necessary so I wondered if they could be protecting themselves as a toxic company because they know it could very well be their own employees). The security officers do not patrol the grounds enough if at all and barely pay attention to employees coming to the front door. In fact the “gated” area where bulk drug substance is to be picked up was seen open and unattended a number of times and often unauthorized cars would be parked in the area. If the site is unaware! anything that goes wrong from the time the bds is made and transferred into a truck and you don’t have controls in place something goes wrong then it is considered an adulterated drug which speaks to how far the site is to being a reliable supplier of medicine for patients who need it. They also tried to violate my privacy and control what I post in my social media platforms but as I stated directly to the company representatives I am not intimidated and their dirty little secrets are NOT my dirty little secrets to keep. I posted about the discrimination Hispanics face and director hr were passive aggressive and manager was physically aggressive with me but they couldn’t do anything because it was right on “brand” with what they claim to provide every employee. Guess not me I don’t count I don’t exist to them I can be discriminated as a Hispanic by GSK representatives repeatedly. I dont think companies needs to be inclusive and diverse in bad behaviors coming from any individual or any group- this is a private and international company and the wackos you have currently working here too down belong in start ups and they ruin everything for every one else because you have them in management roles. The other issue I have is with contractors. The contractors in the project for new value stream are not supervised if at all. You actually have a contractor that has been “temporary” for YEARS and there is no need for this. The company can save money and actually bring in someone with experience to improve their validation strategy. Often times in the leadership sessions someone would ask about foreign contractors and if they would come back. As a USA citizen, resident of Maryland and former GSK employee, this is not something I approve of. How come the company is willing to financially sponsor foreign contractors to work in the USA and at the company but you have new graduate employees who you exploit? You exploit them because you pay them low wages and have them take on workload outside of their job description. The contractors are also in low level/ staff jobs like engineers so is the excuse that you cant find people in the USA with so many universities here with the right years of experience? Big Fat Lie! Lastly, I saw the corporate goals for this next year and how the Rockville Biopharm site aligned to that. I almost had a heart attack but then realized this is not my company and there is no reason I should care more than GSK representatives and shareholders. The corporate goals were itemized on a spreadsheet-one of them was to save money generally for example. And the other entries were from each department's goal tied into that and they all read pretty much the same thing- save money. Really?! you dont require department heads to have any sort of idea where their areas of improvement are (maybe they spend too much money on office supplies, labor, maintenance, other inefficiencies) and to hold themselves accountable in meeting one of the goals from global. The fact that they dont identify how they are going to save money for the year tells me that there is no direction, strategy, no alignment, and no goal to work towards in the respective departments. In conclusion if I wanted to work at a mom and pop pizza parlor or something of the like, I would have applied elsewhere and not an international pharmaceutical company. If you don’t mind working with Epstein’s and/or looking away like I nervously did when my former supervisor massaged the back of my unsuspecting former mentor as a very “friendly” way to greet a married man with kids (which is sexual harassment and made me very uncomfortable), or maybe you’ve reached your lowest in life and would even laugh at the situation at the site like a male employee did in sharing what they knew about the sexual harraser, then guess what this is the place for you but don’t expect to work in a non discriminatory, rewarding, stable company.

Corporate have been made aware of all of this in December with my resignation, and the five months prior to this resignation when I spoke to HR representatives several times. They do not pay attention to signals, behaviors, conducts, and/or complaints and have not taken action as of yet. They have pseudo roles too.
