absolutely nothing, the process took way too long and the conclusion was even worse
Cons
I have received an official offer of employment, and then I replied back asking for a salary negotiation. After 2 weeks waiting the recruiter came back to me saying that the offer has been withdrawn my the manager, because he started to have doubts.
