      great people, benefits, mission and vision/objectives

      tough time in biopharma, generics, healthcare reform challenging biopharmas to hand over millions. think R&D arena will strengthen over time. Commercial support will probably be outsourced.

      Fast paced work and a lot of very driven co-workers that are passionate about the work they do and delivering medicines to patients

      Cons

      re-organization decimated the company culture. takes a long time to move up with the company. pay is considerably less compared to what other companies pay for role.
