a. PM - Less said the better. Extremely arrogant leadership who have no idea about what is to be done. The more I interact with the PM team, the more I feel they have no clue on what is to be done in the next week leave alone next month/quarter/year. There is a constant musical chair going on in that team for god knows what reason.
b. Engineering - After the CTO left, there was an opportunity for bringing in someone seasoned and lead the India engg. team but that never happened. Now, there is really no one to help take decisions keeping in mind the platform.
