If you negotiate well pay can be pretty good. If you have the right manager bonuses can also be high but don’t expect a yearly raise.
Cons
This place is extremely toxic. The culture seems to be getting worse and upper management does nothing about it. I witnessed someone almost get into a physical altercation with another employee in the office and then a month later they were promoted. Do yourself a favor and avoid this terrible company.
