- Big name in Crypto

- Extreme politics and egomaniacs. You can't get anything done because everyone will want to opine that they can do it better without actually doing any work - Extremely toxic culture, lots of backstabbing, talking behind people's backs - Very obvious that people, especially leadership, harass and abuse their employees, verbally, mentally, and emotionally - No work/life balance. People call you 24/7 with no regard for your personal time - Leadership predominantly white men from large banks who come in with giant egos and don't actually know anything about Crypto - They hire leaders who got fired from their previous companies and were investigated and sued by the SEC - The CEO is extremely inappropriate and many people have overheard him harass and say inappropriate things to women in the company
