      Pros

      I am able to work independently how and on what I think is best for the company. The colleagues are mostly very friendly and easy going. Good atmoshere, nice office. Some nice benefits are offered such as free breakfasts and drinks and sports and language classes.

      Cons

      GameDuell is too inflexible when it comes to pay rises. Also, career development is an issue at GameDuell that needs to be addressed by the management. There are possiblities to develop a carreer at GameDuell, but one has to fight for it on one's own. I also wish work times and home office days wold be flexible. Core work times are 10:30 - 17:00.

      Pros

      Very fun company, with a good environment to do a great job and interesting projects. Gameduell has a strong company culture and values. There are good opportunities if you work hard. Co-workers are very helpful and passionate
