Pros
The best part about working for the Ganz is the recognition that you receive when you are performing well. I have worked various sales positions over the years and never been recognized the way I have after just 3 months with Ganz. Any achievements I have made over these few months have been recognized not only by my direct manager but also by our VP of Sales. Regardless of any achievements I made in my previous sales positions, they were never recognized by the VP of Sales. The company is extremely transparent about their daily expectations of you and they offer a ton of support to their employees. From upper management to my team members I never feel “alone” on the road. Another benefit of the company is the pay structure. Ganz offers salary plus commission with optional full benefits. If you are independent and self motivated then this is the perfect job for you. You can count on being on the road 5 days a week meeting clients so there is plenty of opportunity to build your business and bring in those dollars!
Cons
Due to the current state of the economy with increased travel costs, they need to consider an increase in the employee reimbursement program. Gas, food, and hotels do not cost what they did 10 or even 5 years ago so an increase would be helpful. I’d almost guarantee that this is an issue in the sales industry and not just at Ganz.
