Pros
This is genuinely the best job I’ve ever had personally. The company culture is unparalleled. The care that goes into creating this platform and toward helping and listening to our clients is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There is so much room for growth as well. I am excited to come to work every day. My coworkers have become my dearest friends, and since we are 100% remote work and spread all over the world I have never met a single one of them in person. I feel inspired to be a better worker at work, and a better person outside of work.
Cons
Gather is still a startup, and is still growing at a rapid pace which means it is ever changing. Every day is something new, and requires a lot more work that a standard workplace which may not be the best fit for everyone.
