Pros
Genedata has a great bunch of smart people working together on interesting problems. Work life balance here is hard to beat. It's clear that Othmar values his employees and their family lives.
Cons
Not really a con, but being self-motivated allows you to get much more out of Genedata than otherwise. I suspect that lack of self-motivation might lead some to feel under-managed.
