      Recruitment process was to a high standard, compared to other companies that I was dealing with at the time. Professional, structured and well managed approach to new employee onboarding: - Expectations set from the outset - Support and assistance offered throughout the process - Goals and objectives clear - Opportunities to ask questions - Regular review meetings to check on how you are doing Very impressed so far.

      Great People at Genedata

      Pros

      Genedata staff are some of the brightest around and always willing to help each other out,. Due to a very high calibre of scientists who work at Genedata you get to learn a lot quickly. The standards of delivery are kept high for clients but the work/life balance is truly very good compared to my previous positions. Very stable and steady company focus means there is a long-term horizon planning which really helps keep the pressure down.

      Cons

      Genedata is growing fast so keeping track of new hires can be a challenge.
