Flexible working schedule, super smart and nice coworkers, good work life balance,very good healthcare plan, impressive PTO. The management team actually do care about their employees!
Cons
Relatively flat Organization ( it’s actually a pro to me, but not for you if you seek title change every year). Different BUs are working in silo. Management should encourage integrations
