      good corporate culture, retains talent at all costs

      Cons

      margins are small these days, bonus pay, paying for school, performance bonuses, and maintaining certifications are few and far between these days. Things are tight and getting tighter....

      Pros

      Initial Management was good, however went downhill fast

      Cons

      I was onboarded by an amazing manager, but they are a contracting company. They made horrible decisions to hire the wrong people at the wrong contract and got killed for it. I wish they didn't do this
