      Training, management incompetent. Definitely not a First world class company. Actually this Company is closing in the emerald coast. Lynn haven FL area.

      Nothing really, maybe only the 401k match

      Cons

      GDIT will micromanage you like crazy if you work in IT. They have terrible benefits too, bad health insurance and bad pto policy. Worst place I have worked. They will do their most to over work you.
