      Pros

      Was a great place to work. Very understanding if you needed to miss work for anything. You could use your leave days whenever you wanted.

      Cons

      Had to leave because I wasnt seeing very many opprotunities for advancement. I was also in fear of losing my job due to frequent budget cuts.

      Many vaction/sick days. Compenstation is great.

      Communication from higher ups can be lack luster.

      Good pay and flexible telecommute options

      Cons

      Extremely basic benefit offerings. There also seems to be a very wide chasm between GDIT internal (management/corporate) and front-line staff who are focused on the contract.
