Pros
> Good benefits > Good work offices > Great people to work alongside, interesting and diverse set of individuals > Project is fascinating
Cons
> Management don't listen and play games with peoples careers > It's all fixed, don't be surprised to see an unqualified inexperienced individual get a job they can't do because they bend over backwards to say yes to the "boss" even when yes can't be done in reality. > Nepotism is rampant throughout the whole establishment > Everyone has an angle it would be naïve to say otherwise but most people would want the best outcome for themselves and a bonus if it keep good staff but having worked in varying areas within the company, the management most definitely don't care about retaining good staff, hence why turnover is so high and onboarding so low I assume. > HR don't pay attention to complaints, not even when there is proof of wrongdoing, rule breaking and not just poor people getting managers roles.
