Pros
People are the best asset of General Dynamics Land Systems and they create a great atmosphere in which to work. They care about the work they do and ensure that high quality product is shipped out every day. The benefits package is comprehensive and competitive. Management, both senior and junior, care about the employees and strive to allow people to do their best work. Management also provides employees with opportunities to assume greater responsibility and different roles.
Cons
While the facility is willing to change and promotes adoption of better practices, change comes at a pace slower than found in comparable commercial companies.
