Pros

I was able to work from home alot because they have almost no employees left. The local IT manager was decent.

Cons

The business is going under and they lay people off in large numbers often. They don't care about their employees but they pretend to. They don't pay enough either. As an IT Specialist they wanted to pay me the same as a fast food supervisor and was offended when I asked for more of a raise.

Pros

potential incentive bonus. benefits are competitive with like pay-range jobs. only 2 nights/3 days a week, rotates weekends- sometimes only a 4 hour shift which creates a 6 day workweek but can flex out the time (not on a night shift) Flexible with scheduling if you aren't able to make that doc/dentist etc appt outside of your work hours. ... in my opinion.

Cons

read above-- POTENTIAL incentive, add in clique-ish, goals are higher than ever before, "but attainable", bonus structure has changed and it seems there is less money in the bonus pool to go around for the people on the phones. Way too many managers. Way too many reports which overlap each other and could be streamlined to actually allow managers to focus on their team achieving the higher goals. Performance and professional policies have proved to be mostly at discretion of management on who to apply what to. .... in my opinion.
