Pros
This is a tough one, because the poor upper management trumps all the good! The front line and the some of the level above them I think are good to work with for the most part... The pay and benefits are OK for the area
Cons
Upper management- NO idea what is going in but will step right in and wreck everything they can. They let the work force age and doing nothing about it they had to promote from within to fast, now they are top heavy with a bunch of clowns that they don't know what to do with. Maintenance Manger can't speak or understand English, we had to stop letting him come to production meeting because he had know idea what was going on but wanted to wreck it all! I don't believe for one minute someone gave this place over 3 stars! My guess is HR is trying to boost the rating by filling out a few reviews their self! Production is first! They blow smoke and and claim safety is, its not, don't get hurt or your gone. Training is a joke, but you better know it all or else! Huge turn over in most salaried positions, nobody in HR that is qualified ever stays, people start their new job and then think what the heck did just sign on for. When I started you had a 6 month contract. The turn over was so high it is now 2 years!
