Company doesn't care about the employees. No one I work with has gotten a raise in two years and more money gets taken out of pay every year for medical benefits (which I guess is true everywhere these days). Too much emphasis on productivity rather than skill. If patient census is low we are supposed to leave early and use vacation time or get less pay.
