Definitely fits their 'profit over people' reputation. They don't honor the accrued time off, because it's very difficult to get approved, and so it keeps accruing until they pull it out from under you, if your state laws will allow. My employment was terminated after I was injured at one of their facilities, and before the standard expected recovery time from the injury that required surgery. They honored absolutely none of the time that had accrued, and I was depending on to cover some expenses during my recovery. There was no severance or even a contact from my area manager except for an automated 'out of office' reply to my emails. Corporate HR couldn't have been less empathetic. Basically, once I was injured in their facility, they expected me to keep working until the day before surgery, and terminated my employment without any options or concerns for me.
