Usually the higher the management rank the lower the technological literacy, planning and visionary skills * Poorly organized working process e.g. engineers are required to visit too many tedious meeting which are just a waste of time * People’s management is on very low level - no clear feedback provided and there is no transparency on decisions being made * Workforce reduce are usually made in an ugly way - there is no prior notice and compensation is the minimum required by law
