Cons
- Management - Individuals across many departments seem to have been elevated to positions they are not qualified for, particularly at the senior management level. Some SLT members are responsible for areas of the business for which they have actually no technical experience of/ respect for it seems. 'Heads of' with no actual experience in their department? This leads to decisions are made on a whim under the premise of being 'agile' - to the detriment of the overall direction of the business. - Strategy, there seems to be a disconnect between saying you have a strategy, and actually having a strategy.. There's an inherent over reliance on past success, with no plans to even attempt to drive a cohesive growth strategy for the future and bring everyone along for the ride. - Restructures/ Reporting lines change from month to month, again under the premise of being agile, but actually seems like a passing of responsibility & lack of ownership - which further distracts from any sort of business goal congruence. - The CEO seems to be a CEO in title only.
