As a high-growth technology company, we can acknowledge that growing pains and opportunities to improve will continuously be part of our story. We also appreciate that for some working styles, this isn't the best fit. With over 500 employees across 10 global offices, one way we are addressing the disconnect that it appears you felt is via a strong emphasis on collaborating face-to-face. For us, we have seen the difference this makes in building connections, creating a healthy work culture, and fostering efficient collaboration - all of which are essential in the fast-paced environment we work within. We also allocate budgets for learning and development, which encourage travel for business to different offices, and we have recently created an interactive org chart (with videos of the core team members) to further help employees visualize our departments and understand each team's responsibilities and roles. We're also very passionate about making continuous improvements to our management training programs and have just released a core management program to foster strong people leaders across all areas of our business.
