Strong engineering team that works hard

Acquired by Sungy Mobile, Chinese company with little understanding of Silicon valley

I got to wear many hats in this role, and enjoyed the varied duties I was assigned. I had lots of fun with my colleagues, and learned quite a bit.

I never received a single raise or promotion. I was not rewarded for good work, but was scolded for any perceived shortcomings. In the end, they moved my manager to part time, and assigned me to the last person in the company who I wanted to work for. The very minute that happened, I was writing my resignation in my head. I immediately put in my 2 weeks notice.
