Pros
free dinner and free soft drinks in the kitchen. Every company has that.
Cons
Worse leadership ever. They treated people without respect. expected you to work long hour and weekend. Not appreciation at all. They always like to ship things out without proper QA cycle and then blaming on Engineer.
